WIN A $1,000 SLOW GIFT CARD - Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
By entering this competition, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. The promoter of this competition is MB Design Ltd, trading as SLOW (the "Promoter").

2. Eligibility
This competition is open to New Zealand residents only. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older. Employees, agents, or contractors of the Promoter or their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period
The competition begins on Monday 16th December and ends at 9:00 AM NZDT on Friday, 20th December 2024 (the "Competition Period"). Any entries received after the closing date will not be valid.

4. How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must:

  1. Like the competition post.
  2. Follow the Instagram account @slow_thestore.
  3. Tag at least one friend in the comments below the post (the more friends you tag, the better your chances!).

Each new tag in the comments counts as a separate entry. Entrants can tag as many friends as they wish, but each tag must be a separate comment.

5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period. The winner will be announced via Instagram Stories on Friday, 20th December 2024.

6. Prize
The prize consists of a $1,000 SLOW Gift Card, which can be used online or in-store. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the issue date. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message by 5pm on Friday, 20th December 2024. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. General Terms

  • The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
  • By entering, participants release Instagram from any liability associated with this competition.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries deemed to be in violation of the competition rules or in breach of Instagram’s terms of service.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
