PAYMENTS
For online payments we accept:
- Credit card payments (Mastercard and Visa) via our secure payment gateway Payment Express
- Afterpay
AFTERPAY (ONLINE & INSTORE)
1. Simply select to pay by Afterpay at checkout.
2. Returning customers only need to confirm the order to complete the purchase.
3. New customers can sign up at checkout and start using Afterpay today.
4. Your order is processed immediately and your payment schedule is established.
5. Only a fourth is due today and the rest is split over 3 weekly automatic payments after the day of the original purchase.
We accept Afterpay instore, you'll need the Afterpay app on your phone.
TRADITIONAL LAYBY (IN STORE)
We reserve the right to choose who is eligible for traditional in store lay-by.
4 weeks to pay in full and pick up.
Minimum 20% non-refundable deposit required.
If the lay-by is cancelled, the 20% deposit will not be refunded or transferred.

SLOW ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By accessing, browsing or using this site, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions, as well as any relevant disclaimers contained herein. Further, by continuing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. By purchasing a product from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
SLOW reserves the right to change any or all of the information contained herein at any time and you should constantly check the current terms and conditions. SLOW reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders at their sole discretion. Any orders cancelled by SLOW, but paid for, will receive a full refund.
PRICING
All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars ($NZD) and include GST (which is currently 15% sales tax - if the GST rate changes we reserve the right to immediately amend our prices accordingly). All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
PAYMENT
At SLOW, your personal online security is important to us. Our website uses the industry standard security protocol Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system interfaced with eWay that encodes sensitive information like your credit card number when it passes through the internet.

ORDERS
By placing an order on this website you agree to and accept the terms and price specified in this website. This price may include additional delivery and other applicable charges. This offer may be accepted or rejected by SLOW for any reason, including, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order. Your contract with SLOW will only come into existence when you have fully paid for your order and SLOW provides confirmation that your order has been accepted. Confirmation will be sent via email to your elected email address.
FRAUD PROTECTION PROGRAM
As part of our order processing procedures, we screen all received orders for fraud or other types of unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or Customer Services may call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.
LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
SLOW will take every care in packing and dispatching your purchase but is not responsible to the buyer or any person claiming through the buyer for any loss or damage to goods or products caused by any event of any kind by any person, whether or not SLOW is legally responsible for the person who caused or contributed to that loss. SLOW is not responsible for any loss of items that are wrongfully signed for and accepted by a third party.
EXCLUSION OF NEGLIGANCE
SLOW is not liable to the buyer in contract or in tort arising out of, or in connection with, or relating to:
a. the performance of the product;
b. any fact, matter or thing relating to the products; or
c. any error in information supplied to the buyer or a user at or after the date of the purchaser's or user's use of the product.

While SLOW has endeavoured to display accurately the colours of products, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.

However, SLOW does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by SLOW itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition, for refund of the purchase price. The cost to return courier these products to us will be at your expense.
